Terms of Use

Tratobor (tratobor.com and the Tratobor app). Version of 2 October 2026.

1. The service

Tratobor helps you keep track of your own spending: expenses typed in or imported from a spreadsheet, receipts read from a photo or a PDF, a cashback profile of your own cards (which card to pay with), “My discounts” for the shops where you buy, and articles. Signing in with your email syncs your records between devices and is needed to read photos. By using the service you accept these terms. The service is provided by Andrei Kramarenko, an independent developer (contact: kramarenych@gmail.com).

2. Free plan and Plus

2.1. Free stays free: up to 50 receipts a month (15 of them from photos), spreadsheets, categories and charts, your own cards and cashback rates, “My discounts”, syncing, export and the last 3 months of analysis — with the first “What we noticed” tip. 2.2. Plus adds:

Unlimited receipts (the free plan has 50 a month)
300 receipt photos a month instead of 15
300 cashback-rate screenshots a month instead of 15
Your full history and personal inflation, not just the last 3 months
“Where it's cheaper” across the whole basket, and price watching for the items you pick
All of “What we noticed” on spending and receipts: which card would have paid more, what went up, what's about to run out, which receipts are missing
The cashback adviser on every expense: which card would have paid more, what comes back and what you left on the table
Premium banking: which package fits you, what it takes to keep it free and what you'd save on your spending
A weekly email: offers at your places, what's expiring, prices of the items you watch and the week in numbers

2.3. When Plus ends, nothing is deleted: your records stay in your account, and analysis again covers the last 3 months. 2.4. Technical rate limits (for example, how many screenshots can be read a day) protect the service and are not a defect.

3. Purchase, renewal and cancellation

3.1. Plus is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription in the Tratobor app for iPhone through the App Store, at the price the store shows; it cannot be bought on tratobor.com. 3.2. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. 3.3. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings; refund requests are handled by Apple under its rules. “Restore purchases” in the app brings an active subscription back after reinstalling. 3.4. Apple's Standard EULA also applies to App Store purchases.

4. Reading receipts and screenshots

Photos, PDFs and cashback screenshots are read automatically by text recognition on our own server. It can misread lines, prices and percentages, especially on unusual receipts — check the result and correct it.

5. Not financial advice

Tratobor is a calculator for your own spending, not a financial advisor. Cashback rates, discounts and bank packages come from the banks' and shops' own pages and from user tips; they can change or be out of date — check the terms with the bank or shop before you rely on them. Tratobor is not affiliated with any bank or retailer.

6. Fair use

Don't use the service to break the law or other people's rights, don't share access to your account, and don't try to get around the limits with automated tools. For a serious breach we may suspend access and will tell you by email.

7. Your data and liability

7.1. Your records remain yours; how they are processed is described in the Privacy Policy. You can download your expenses as CSV and delete your account at any time. 7.2. The service is provided as it is; outages and maintenance can happen. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Plus in the last 12 months.

8. Changes and contact
