What happens to my receipt and my spreadsheet?
The photo of a receipt is read on the server and not saved; a spending spreadsheet is parsed right in the browser and never leaves it. Records stay on your device, and once you sign in they sync with your account.
Which spreadsheets does it understand?
CSV, TSV and Excel (.xlsx): English and Russian headers, comma, semicolon or tab as a separator, UTF-8, dates in different formats and amounts with spaces or commas. Columns are detected for you, and any of them can be reassigned before saving.
How well does it read a receipt from a photo?
Well enough to be useful, not well enough to trust blindly. Western receipts carry no barcode to read the lines from, so everything comes off the image: most lines land right, but blurry print, folds and long names do trip it up. Look the list over and fix what's off before saving.
What does it cost?
Nothing: receipts from photos, spending from a spreadsheet, charts, matching receipts to expenses, your own cards and cashback rates, discounts, syncing and exporting your data. Two limits keep the server affordable: 15 receipt photos a month (QR receipts and typing one in by hand aren't limited) and analysis over the last 3 months. Your records are never touched by either — they all stay.

Where this comes from
Loyalty programmes are collected from the chains’ own pages and retold in our own words: every record shows its source and the date it was checked. Matching a receipt to an organisation happens right here in the browser — merchant lines are never sent anywhere.
